Codex App: MCP Shortcuts in Composer & Mentions in Inline Reviews
Codex App 26.226 makes MCP server discovery and invocation faster by adding install keyword suggestions and a dedicated MCP server submenu directly in the composer's Add Context menu. The update also extends inline review comments to support @mentions and skill mentions, enabling reviewers to reference team members and invoke Codex skills without leaving the review pane.
