Figma Buzz: Bulk Edit and Resize Campaign Assets at Scale

FigmaView original changelog

Figma Buzz now supports bulk editing and resizing of campaign assets, enabling marketing and design teams to manage hundreds of asset variants from a single table view. Teams can upload a CSV or XLSX spreadsheet to populate assets, then multi-select cells in the table view to update content, design properties, brand imagery, and sizes across all variants at once. A companion bulk resize workflow lets users select a full asset set, choose from preset channel sizes or define custom ones, and export a complete multi-channel campaign in a single operation.

Overview

Figma Buzz β€” Figma's tool for creating and distributing on-brand marketing assets β€” received a significant productivity upgrade on May 22, 2026, with the addition of bulk editing and bulk resizing capabilities. These features address the core pain point of managing large campaign sets: previously, updating content, imagery, or sizing across dozens or hundreds of asset variants required tedious one-by-one editing.

Bulk Edit via Table View

The new bulk edit workflow begins with a spreadsheet upload. Designers and marketers can import a CSV or XLSX file where each row represents an individual asset variant and each column maps to a field in the template (headlines, dates, images, localized copy, etc.). Figma Buzz reads the spreadsheet and generates the full set of variants.

Once assets are generated, the table view allows multi-selecting cells across multiple rows to make simultaneous changes. Selecting matching objects β€” content of the same type across multiple assets β€” lets teams update brand imagery, swap text strings, or adjust design properties across hundreds of variants in a single action. This is especially powerful for campaigns that require localization (different language variants of the same creative) or personalization (event invitations, product-specific banners).

Bulk Resize for Multi-Channel Campaigns

The bulk resize feature complements bulk edit by handling the channel-specific size variations that every campaign requires. Designers select a single asset or an entire set, then choose from a library of preset channel sizes (social media formats, display ad dimensions, etc.) or define their own custom sizes. Figma Buzz outputs the full set of correctly-sized variants in a single operation β€” what would previously have required manually duplicating and resizing each asset individually.

The result is a complete multi-channel campaign package that can be exported and handed off to media teams without requiring additional resizing work downstream.

Who Benefits

These features are primarily aimed at the marketing and brand teams who use Figma Buzz for campaign production. Large brands managing seasonal campaigns, product launches, or localized content across multiple markets can now use Figma Buzz as an end-to-end campaign production tool rather than a starting-point design environment. The spreadsheet-driven approach also lowers the technical barrier for marketers who are comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets but less so in design tools.
